Digitales Netzwerktreffen "Urbaner Tanz auf der Bühne" Vol. 2.0 !

 

Das digitale Netzwerktreffen Urbaner Tanz auf der Bühne geht in die zweite Rudne! Am 22. und 23.05.2021 laden wir zum Netzwerktreffen 2.0 gemeinsam mit dem tanzhaus nrw urbane Tanzschaffende zum digitalen Austausch ein! 

Urbane Bühnenproduktionen sind seit langem deutschlandweit in Theatern und Kulturinstitutionen sichtbar. Doch obwohl die urbanen Akteur*innen ihre Kunstform aktiv vorantreiben und Produktionen kreieren, besteht keine spezifische Lobby oder Austauschplattform für eine Vernetzung und nachhaltige Stärkung untereinander. Dies soll sich mit dem digitalen Netzwerktreffen verändern! Nutrospektif möchten mit der urbanen Szene und allen Interessierten in einen gemeinsamen Dialog über individuelle und kollektive Erfahrungen treten. 

 

Das digitale Netzwerktreffen wird am Samstag, den 22.05.2021 von 11.00 – 15:00 Uhr und Sonntag, den 23.05.2021 von 12:00 – 16:00 auf Zoom stattfinden. 

Die Registrierung kann bis einschl. 20.05.2021 erfolgen. Die Teilnehmer*innenanzahl ist begrenzt.

Call for Papers - Special Issue: 'Breaking and the Olympics'

The Global HipHop Studies Journal (GHHS) launches an Open Call for Paper to submit a proposal on "Breaking and the Olympics". 

"The recent announcement of breaking in the 2024 Paris Olympics has stirred a substantial response from within and outside of hip hop culture. This special issue of GHHS is positioned to not only explore contemporary debates about breaking in the Olympics, but also to develop critical discourse that can offer insight to practitioners, cultural organizations and the IOC. We are especially interested in research projects that engage in local, regional and national perspectives and can provide useful resources transnationally for those involved in this milestone cultural moment. To this end, the issue will be published a year in advance of the 2024 Olympics in 2023." (Call for Papers, Global HipHop Studies Journal)
